Raphael Midoir Sancerre Les Chasseignes

Starts out a touch reductive, shifting to ripe, grassy, citrus aromas. Crisp, dry, with an excellent cut, and peppery notes of gooseberries, green apricots, lemons, limes, and a dash of salt. It's a very good wine but the sum of its parts doesn't garner the description of my tasting note. A slight letdown, but only because of its price and level.
