We enjoyed with the dessert course of a white truffle dinner. It paired beautifully with the chocolate panna cotta, hazelnut, and white truffle honey dessert. The wine is very sweet with toasted nut and cherry flavor.

Amber almost orange color. Slightly oxidative/sherry-styled nose with notes of orange peel, honey and some spices. On the palate there are notes of citrus, orange peel and some spices as well as some vanilla. Medium-bodied with recognizable pretty high alcohol. Medium sweetness and medium-high acidity provides the freshness it needs. Good length. This is a very classic Vin Santo with the typical acidity and slightly oxidative notes. First time tasting this style of Italian dessert wine. order glass after dinner at Sette Luna: viscous and amber in color. Powerful nose of Raisin and Honey. The taste was not overly sweet which was nice. Nice after dinner drink.
