Had this at Honeysuckle Rose in Charleston SC. 6th wine in the line-up alongside Kurabuta Pork Belly. A fairly well made pedestrian Rioja which is mildly aromatic and light bodied in mouth. The fruits however emerge immediately with plum skin, dark cherry and some background notes of leather and spice. Finish is not very long and is the letdown here. Just OK
