Domaine du Bouchot Pouilly-Fumé MCMLV

From more than 70 years old vines (MCMLV is the Roman numeral for the number 1955). Bright tropical fruit with a smoky touch. Good tension between fruit and acidity. It has some weight but very round in the mouth. Mineral driven texture. Well done!
