Yes, I still love this

Didn't get much from this straight out of the fridge, but it really opened up as it warmed. Watermelon, flowers and sea spray

Balanced, fruity, delicious... Funny that I get a hint of that bojo semi-carbonic strawberry candy up front, "Napa Gamay" indeed! Herbes de Provence and white flowers flesh out that sweet red-fruited nose. The mousse was a little aggressive at first but mellowed with some swirling (and was perfect on day two). Acidity comes on up front but it is well balanced by the forward fruit and long mineral finish. Hints of savory herb and spice keep every sip interesting.

Fresh/floral/fruity/juicy and at the same time savory/meaty, lightly herbaceous, stony/mineral, crisp, dry. Seems made for the table and suited to practically any food. Good stuff. Best not chilled all the way to fridge temp.

fizzy texture, strawberry/honey flavors, crisp with rounded palate. utterly satisfying, goes really well with fried chicken. WOTN for me against some stiff competition (albeit a varied lot -- napa cabs, champagne, etc.). 92 pts

There are very few domestic Champagne Meathod Sparklings that I would want to drink over these pet nats. So damn tasty.

well that was a fun wine to drink. Bright strawberry juice. Berries and floral notes.
