Light golden hue. Nose showed a touch of tropical fruit (apricot and maybe some yuzu), some slate and little oak showing a very slightly buttery note. For the first few hours a funky really came on but it eventually blew off - possibly the SO2? Medium-light body, touch of pear with plenty of minerals and chalk, which really come on strong towards the finish. Decent acidity.
