My 40th birthday (at home) : Don't know if I should have waited longer, but today is a special day and this is my favourite winery in the Languedoc. Superb aromas of honey and apricot, rich with the right amount of acidity, was perfect with roquefort cheese and then a rhubarb pie. Simply delicious.
