From Cave to Cellar. Perfect cork. Dramatic, overwhelming nose of gravel and dust flashes off after 10 minutes in the glass. Browning deep garnet. Peaked, but very solid. Minerals and slightly smoky notes dominate nose and flavor. On the restrained side, but balanced, and very well-made.
