this time Meadows was wrong, this has aged pretty well. eye: med ruby, 2 mm fading. nose: dark red fruit, sous bois. palate: med body, silky texture, good integration. 16 Caudalie finish. a bit too woody, but given earlier ratings and vintage a very pleasant surprise. tonight with rack of veal with crust of sage, thyme, rosemary, parmigiano. drink now or until 2013.
