Always a pleasure to drink Sauternes, the older the better. Not as complex or sophisticated but still very enjoyable at the end of a fantastic evening with best buds. Deep amber colour. Medium+ intensity aroma of wax, smoke, honey, apple skin, petrol and oily touch. Medium+ body, silky and concentrated with dried stone and yellow fruit flavours, toffee and mushroomy nuances, medium+ acidity.
