Mature garnet colour; warm and spicy nose, good depth, mature, faded fruit, warm chestnuts, ethereal top notes of aniseed and violets; harmonious and balanced palate, velvety texture, retains its vibrancy after almost a decade, medium weight (12% ABV), raspberries, forest floor; good length. Lovely.
