Fascinating wine and a fine purchase at $8; light salmon, muted nose, quiet attack but a strong mid-palate with great acidic bite and a smooth, lingering finish; don't get much pinot varietal flavor -- seems citrusy instead -- but it's quite enjoyable and a fine food wine; drink up
