{crown seal, 11.5%} Pale straw. Vigorous but fine bubbles. Grapefruit and citrus flavours. Dry, not.mich yeast character. Doesn't quite live up to the schmik packaging!

{crown seal, 12.5%} Pale, with subtle yeast and Chardonnay aromas. Some autolysis character too. Medium sized bubbles, a dry although fairly generously fruited palate, medium weight and and length of finish. Melon like fruit. Very competent, not really memorable - that’s my only criticism.

Very crisp and clean aperitif-style sparkling. Some floral notes, but fairly muted aromatics. Predominately green apples on the palate, not a lot of complexity behind that. Fairly aggressive bubbles and acidity. Very elegant bottle, for what that's worth, and the reuseable Georg Jensen champagne stopper makes it a very good affordable gift sparkling. A nice sparkling when you want something chilled and refreshing that people will enjoy without needing to think about it; great Australia Xmas bbq bubbles.

{crown seal, 12.5%} Not too developed, minimal autolysis, white fruit nose. Palate has fairly vigorous bubbles, dry texture, medium acid, slightly drying fruit. Lacks depth and complexity, pleasant fruit flavours in a white grape spectrum (hard to detect much Pinot here). Medium weight, dry, short medium finish. Fair, no more.

Kicked off Xmas Day with this. Really quite pleasant. Good nougat accented fruit, definite creaminess, hint of residual sugar rounding it out and not too bracing acidity. well put together and structured. A drink up proposition, not clearly built for ageing. Deserves it's score. Very good value for money ($28.50 AUD!), comes with a free George Jensen champagne stopper.

Well chilled prior to serving. Bottle has been stored about 1 year after purchase Colour: nice bright yellow bubbly Nose: nice fragrant melon and some white flower Taste: delicious! Acidity, balance and some sweetness, sweet pineapple. Compare to previous bottle - hint: need to be well- chilled prior to serving. Last glass, wasn't as cold, the flavour drops immediately. Keep the bottle cold.

Beautiful bottle. Dry, does not taste (or smell) much at all, but not bad.

Palate: feels like creamy nice sutble flavour and gentle. But not too much bubble/gas It is very interesting when compared to others. Others were much more fizz

{crown seal, 12%, A$33} Nifty but minimalist packaging, with a ‘free’ pressure stopper covering the crown seal. Mild aromas of white flowers, barest hint of melon. Rather closed. The palate remains rather light for flavor, but with nicely creamy bubbles and a bone-dry, crisp, light but short/medium length finish. Seems like it needs much more time on lees, as all that autolytic complexity is missing.

Found this bottle a bit too tart and yeasty. Probably would have done better with some food, as I do remember enjoying the previous bottles more than this one.

TWE 2016 Expo : Pear, apple and orange. Palate is quite mild, with a little bit of creamy mouthfeel and okay length. A step back 2011 Heemskerk.

Nice sealing cap. Pale yellow. Apple and citrus flavours, with nice fresh taste. At full RRP, I think there's better value French champagne out there. At discounted prices, not a bad sparkling quaffer.

A very pretty package and the wine within does not disappoint. Lovely fresh appley nose with just a hint of some nice toastiness. The palate also is very bright with just enough leesy complexity to give this wine a great sense of balance. Worth searching out for anywhere around $40AUD
