Despite indications that I opened past prime, this ca Chardonnay only has mellowed and improved with some time in the cellar. Vanilla, fig and mincemeat on the nose. Well rounded fruit with hints of cedar, apple and allspice on the palat.

Beautiful light yellow color. On the nose there is a mild citrus/lemon rind. The flavor is medium intensity offering citrus and melon tones in the front-middle flavors finally resolving to wonderful spice and clove. Great palate feel with wonderful lingering flavors.
