Still fabulous at the end of 2020. I only wish I had bought more bottles at the time. This was my last one. It is quite distinctive, like a fine French Champagne, with a wonderful aged character.

Beautiful Prince Edward County sparkling wine. We were not sure if the wine would be alright (we had it at the winery and loved it, but given the cellaring window of the producer (2-3 years), we took a guess of aging it a little more). Well, it was definitely worth it. We loved the elegant complexity of the wine. A mix of apple and spice combined with a little rancio elements seduce the nose first.
