Very similar to the Musar Jeune. Clear Cabernet Sauvignan, and significant tannins. Nice wine of surprising provenance at a fair pv. Resembles a cru bourgeois left bank Bordeaux. The tannins fit well to a Steak with some fat, like an Entrecote/Rib-Eye.
