Banknote Chardonnay Counterfeit

nose: cream custard, pineapple, whip cream, vanilla, egg tart, and coconut. Taste: creamy oak, medium body, oily texture, custard comes through, good fresh pineapple acidity, autumn leaves, dry, and some fresh coconut flakes. Rice congee. Interesting creamy custard direction for a chard. I like it and it will be good with creamy cheese and snacks. I think it lacks a lot of aroma.

Nose: creamy vanilla custard, creme fraiche, ripe cantaloupe, egg tart, fresh coconut. Taste: dry, medium body. Some creamy texture, nice vanilla oak. Custard notes, canned pineapple, cucumber water, coconut water. Bit of an acidic bite at the end. Getting there, but prefer more creamy texture and fresher notes. 83.

Quite delicious, juicy chard with acidity and energy, mostly pear-flavored, and maybe pineapple, but with an herbal quality that I can't quite put my finger on. There's some oak here, too, but not in the popcorn sense. It works.
