Pale straw with Pale lemon green colour. In nose was closed, after some time to warm up becomes more aromatic with Jasmine and Green apples, pears, grass, lime, lemon, orange blossom, ginger. At the end some minerality. Dry, acid, and medium alcohol.

Youthful, bone dry ‘Ortswein’, sourced from younger vines of the Kieselberg, Herrgottsacker and Leinhöhle vineyards. Aged for five months on the fine lees. Clear greenish yellow in color and intense aromas of unripe apple, lime, fresh green leaves, dill and a touch of yeasty notes.
