Fun! Very saline and cut spring wood and line leaf nose. Laurel. Hard citrus and hot sandstone on palate. Light body , good acids frame nicely. A bit of jasmine. Savory finish. Good all around.

Good+. Med straw color, clear. Aromas of almond, lime zest, a touch of lanolin, seashell, some yellow fruits, and a little salty tang. The palate is nearly medium bodied, but the acids are high so it has a light bodied bent to it. The finish (on night 2) is pretty long; nice surprise. Seriously well grown, and not for everybody. Deserves the proper dish, and the first thing that came to mind was polpo crudo. Very good by the last …

No formal note, a lighter bodied wine with a distinctly lemon nose and palate, enough acidity to keep it afloat.

Apricot fruit. Slate, ash and some savory herb. Nice mouthfeel and a surprisingly long finish. Like most Italian wines, this really ups it’s game with food.

Bright and lively, straw hue and hint of botrytis on the nose. Excellent wine.

Very good. Crisp but still very creamy. Lemon curd, flint, vanilla, and cantaloupe. Slightly reductive.

Medium(-) lemon, watery rim, 13% abv. Aromas of lemon, gooseberry, herbs. Dry, medium(+) acidity, low tannin, medium alcohol and medium-medium(+) body. Palate of lemon, orange, apricot, thyme, eucalyptus. Really fresh but never frivolous, balanced with dry and plush mouthfeel. Very good length with elegant finish.

Opened the bottle with high hopes but did not like it very much at first: green vegetal flavors on the plate and harsh acid on the finish. After 4 days it started to open up with some floral notes and ripe white peach aromas and a good acid balance. Now, on day 7 (sic!) this wine is delicious. The delicate floral and white stone fruit aroma leads into some green apple, a touch of honeydew and a fair bit of …

I liked this. Crisp and fresh. Fruit here is a tad subdued with a nice savory characteristic to it.

With some textural element. Otherwise not that great on day two.
