Skalli Pinot Noir Reserve

Popped and vinturi'd, it's been over a year since I tasted this wine. Sad to report, nothing like last years bottles. This wine is fading quickly, flat berry fruit, nose is pretty much non-descript. Some red berries, soft and smooth...drink up if these are in the cellar.

Popped and vintur'd last night. Aromatic nose of cherry and earth, along w/a floral component of light lavender...that I liked. Day 1 this wine is pretty tight, and not nearly as refined right out of the gate, as my last bottle. Medium bodied w/somewhat of a decent finish, expect this to be much improved on Day 2.
