Drank alongside the 17 vintage with wine maker Tomoko. The 17 was delicious 3 months after bottling. The 16 on the other hand took a bit of coaxing but was easily the better for me. Pure Pinot, red currants, smoke, Burgundian earth. Drying tannins that need much time to resolve but so much potential!
