Red fruit, bright fruit, tar, spice. Not as good as the prior bottles because we had this with Beyond Beef meatballs, which didn’t pair like the traditional ones (pork, turkey, chicken, etc) do. Drink now with Italian food or hold.

Completely delicious. Red fruit, bright fruit, tar, spice. A perfect pairing with our red Italian, herbal tomato sauce and the meatballs with turkey and pork. Also good with the chicken meatballs. I read this is the last vintage of this wine, as they pulled out the vines due to frost problems. (nd perhaps also slow sales of this wine for $40 / bottle). I bought this wine for $15 / bottle on close-out sale. Its killer value at that price …
