A private lunch (Restaurant Breda, Amsterdam, NL) : An eclectic blend of 50% Trousseau, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Savagnin, 11.5% ABV. Extremely pale colour, supple and juicy style, clean and transparent, hint of carbon dioxide dissipates quickly, crushed red berries and ripe stone fruit, delicately autumnal, soft but fresh, very mild tannins, good length.
