Helioterra Syrah Dion Vineyard

Purchased this because a Syrah from Willamette Valley is like finding a Cab Franc from Beaune....just doesn't happen. Once I tried the wine, I kind of understood why. This is not a bad wine, but it's not a very good example of syrah either, IMO. Definite green components along with tart red fruit. Mouthfeel is decent, but finish is short.
