Cuvee Exceptionelle, Chateau Simon, Sauternes

See my review of the 2010. The 2011 is probably better and certainly 2011 was a better year in Sauternes/Barsac. The 2011 has a little more acidity and a little more intensity of fruit, including just a touch of zingy orange, which I love, but all the poise and freshness of a great Barsac.
