Tasted alongside the 2016. This was more open for business than the 2016. Less green. Less stems than 2016 or vintage effect? Good concentration, but just a baby.

Barrel tasting at the domaine; this is a solid Clos Vougeot, earthy and pungent leaf litter; ripe fruit; good depth; not quite on the same level as the Echezeaux for me
