Blueberry, plum, turned earth, savory underbrush. Feels like it has the fruit characteristics of the Merlot and the earth characteristics of the Cab Franc. Medium body and acid. This is clean, elegant, tasty but lacking some oomph. The 2018 vintage was better IMO. Still good value at 24 dollars.

Classic right bank aromas, but the elevage in concrete renders this fresh and crunchy. Good value, worth drinking now.

Double decanted, and given over an hour There's a rawness and a greenness that may be due to youth or to the underripe of the vintage Still not bad for a weeknight

Nose: Red raspberry mixed with black currants, sweet tilled soil, Palate: Dried bark, tart dark plum that has mild stewed quality to it, overall a little underripe, some tomato leaf; powdery tannins.

too tight to begin with so I splash decanted and it opened with lovely blackberry and cherry aromas on nose and palate. I had two glasses but the remainder was not interesting on Day 2

I'm not natural wine fanboy but this was good enough and compares well to all BDX at this price point. The funk is on the nose at the front and the finish. Body and mouthfeel are both quite good with nice dried berry fruit, tobacco and full texture. Overall a nice expression.

A night for Bordeaux from Garagiste. Not as fruity as the previous De Cranne but ‘filled’ out. Very nice, not sweet or oaky, you had to pay more attention than the previous wine. But it was very nice, in a leaner natural way. More tobacco, and a bit less fruit. Enjoyed!

Enjoying this, think I would buy again. Consistent with two prior notes. Not a knock your socks off QPR, but decent. I'd wager there's a lot of cab franc here, always a winner. Tannins can be a little overpowering, but a nice flowery finish.

Like this a lot more than I recorded for the previous bottle. It is tannic and vegetal but the vegetables are flowers. Astringent, but nicely so. Tart fruit. Enjoyable.

Definitely this is a food wine, not a stand-alone. Like the fact that it is not too sweet or cloying - but the flip side is that it is a little thin and vegetal. Not a terrible QPR but unless the next bottle hits me in a happier place not sure I would buy again.
