Tasting at Domaine Henri Prudhon (St. Aubin) : Noticeably more depth and body than the Bourgogne. Melon and apple fruit, nice balance. Good.

Tasted at the domaine. Le Ban is a lieu dit. Fresh and spicy on the nose. Faint lemon and green apple. On the palate, firm acidity, granny smith apple. Slightly chalky finish. Nice.

France Trip Part 3 - Burgundy; 6/20/2006-6/23/2006 : Tasted at the domaine. Straw on the nose. Crisp, clean fruit, with some spice. Bright green apple acidity. Good.
