Champagne style sparkling wines, tasted blind : Usually not a fan of Swiss wines, especially since most of the country is plastered with lesser grapes (Fendant&Co. = Chasselas, Dole = Gamay). Not this wine. Just like the Domaine de La Rochettes with its stellar Pinot Noir, this Neuchatel area property shows what's possible if you work hard and plant the right varietals.
