I also had effervescence on the palate. Don't care for it, too much masking of the fruit. Might be an acetobactor issue?

This one was effervescent upon opening. Drank about a quarter of the bottle and then the rest on night two. When I pulled the cork on day two it popped like a champagne cork. In the end, I thought second night was better than first. Nothing wrong with the wine, but it pales in comparison to the Linne Calodo first label.

Sweet. Was sold by Linne say taking its in a sticks and stones style...not even close!
