Nice straightforward, everyday wine that actually seems to be better with some air. Bright acidity with apple and pineapple fruit notes. Some chalky minerality keeps this interesting. Nice to drink and some used in beurre blanc. Still very fresh and vibrant. Probably the best bottle I’ve had of this.

Light to medium yellow. Slightly effervescent at first with medium to high acidity. Bright minerals and citrus with some green apple. It went well with a bay scallop linguini in a cream sauce.

opens with a muted nose of apricot and citrus. the wine is medium bodied with good acidity. grapefruit, lemon, and green apple on the palate. Finishes with a burst of acidity and slight bitterness. The wine is crisp and clean . 12.5 % ABV gives it a medium body. Overall, a bit one dimensional.
