Nothing special. Lacks the fruitiness the Clairette is known for. This one just "brut" and tastes similar to German Sekt, maybe a bit more on the fruity and less on the acidic side.

Off dry, muscat influence is obvious. Pleasant.

Luscious fruit (muscat grapes, lychee, melon & apricot) and the lightest touch of flowers, herbs and spices. A methode ancestrale as it's supposed to be: pleasant, playful and easy to drink.

85% Muscat & 15% Clairette, pale gold and lightly sparkling, it has a nice expressive floral nose. Fresh and fruity palate, with notes of white flower. Slight sweet with good acidity to support. A light and enjoyable drink with 7.5% ABV. 86+pts

Popped and poured. No formal notes. Fruity from the initial attack with some residual sugar to the mid palate but finishes dry. Good acid and mouthfeel. Great simple (not simplistic) aperitif that delivers on the price. Need to get more for gatherings and parties.

A good wine. Very bubbly. Supposed to be fruity but I did not notice this flavor.

Pommes vertes au nez et en bouche. Assez net mais pas assez sec pour plaire aux invités.

For a inexpensive bottle of sparkling wine, this is one to consider. smooth, slightly sweet, goes well as an apéritif for a small or at this price a larger group. you won't be ashamed to serve it.
