A somewhat lighter coloured Shiraz with an enticing bouquet, hints of Mulberry and ripe plums. Very smooth on the front of the palate, but due to its youth still finishing a little light but real room to develop with age. Brilliant at the moment with Kalamata olives, Tasmanian heritage St Claire cheese and chunks of stone baked multigrain sourdough.
