Sap and twigs from the whole bunch, tart raspberry and cherry, rose water, dried herbs and a little menthol. I wasn't sold on the whole bunch characters at first but they really grew on me. Fresh and great to drink.

Pink, light magenta in the glass, with rose/floral notes. Soft approachable Grenache that tastes like it is from a much cooler climate than Barossa. Nothing like the full, rich, syrupy Grenaches I'm used to from McLaren Vale, and drinks more like a Pinot Noir in my experience. No heavy ethanol finish like cheaper Grenache, this has a thin yet pleasing finish that keeps you going back for another glass. Very drinkable but not very exciting.
