Paul Kubler Les Griottiers

Dull ruby in the glass. An interesting nose that of sweet red fruits and this may be odd but could swear I was getting a hint of funky cheddar cheese. Not unpleasant, just unexpected. Palate was dominated by the fruit with soft tannins and a silky mouthfeel. Enjoyable on its own.
