Deep garnet with a hint of brown in the glass, residual sugar is presnt but not a sweet wine, palate is medium high in acidity giving nice backbone, elderberry, blueberrry and cherry, hint of cacao. Very nice.

Not as impressive as their white sweet offering, but this still went down well as a port alternative with stronger cheese selection. Would buy again.
