Chateau Ste. Michelle & Dr. Loosen Riesling Eroica Ice Wine

Almost the colour of an IPA. Rich, sweet with some complexity- dried figs, honey. Guests loved it and definitely had some complexity but seemed to have limited acid to offset the richness.
