Domaine Joseph Roty Coteaux Bourguignons

Good stuff and in a nicely mature spot - high toned acids on the front with a subtle nose of plums and slightly burnt pie fruit. Light structure and nice balance. Was a bit uncanny valley of some riper elements as well as graphite coming out in the middle, but also lovely with richer creamed-spinach food.
