This has turned a much deeper golden color than I recollect in my prior tastings. Still very drinkable but not nearly as good as it had been two years ago. If you're still holding, I highly recommend drinking sooner rather than later. This is starting to decline and it seems to be past it's peak drinking.

Agree with Endodr's tasting notes below. We also got some apricot. Very fresh with good fruit and minerality, especially with some air. A brilliant pairing with our Mediterranean style baked fish. Will buy more.

Very nice indeed! Some exotic fruit on the nose, some acidity from green apple. The nose reminded me of white burgundy although less complex. The nose is followed by a smooth taste of pear and smokey mineral characteristics. Quite full but not overly. Will go nicely with jamon serrano and melon. Nose is 93 pts while taste is very pleasant but only 90 pts. Good purchase, will buy again.

This is a nice food friendly white wine at a very reasonable price. It has a pale lemon yellow color and a nose of lemon and other citrus. This 100% Albarino tastes refreshing, clean, and crisp, with tangy acidity. It also tastes fruity with lemons, limes, and tart green apples. There is also a little minerality noted. It is light bodied with a very smooth and silky mouthfeel.

From my perspective this is still within its prime drinking window for another year or so. Displaying a medium plus golden hue with aromas and flavors of peach purée, spicy apple, fresh flowers, and some chalky minerality. More rounded than crisp at this juncture. Creamy and juicy in the mouth but with enough acidity to provide a tart, solid finish. I've found this label to be one of the more consistent producers in the region.

Jaune or.

Beau RQP.

I was hesitant to purchase this given the less than stellar 2011 vintage in Europe. Like the 2010, which I thoroughly enjoyed this is, also, a blend of 70% Alvarino, 20%, Loureira, and 10% Caino Bianco. Bright, medium golden color. There is a house style which displays peach, flowers, and mineral aromas. A creamier mouthfeel than the 2010, but showing flavors of creamy peach, and and juicy apple, underscored with a terroir driven mineral component. Good and pleasant finish.

Quite an open nose with lemony, stone fruit aromas. Powerful on the entry, yet fresh and peachy with a nice roundness on the palate. Crisp and a little spicy with a lemon meringue flavour on the finish. Always a nice wine.

Very good and fresh Rias Baixas. Almost too tropical for my palate, but it is saved by nice acidity. A winner with all kinds of seafood.

Medium lemon, narrow watery rim, 12.5% abv. Medium developing aromas of lemon, stone fruit, floral, smoked pineapple. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol and medium(-) body. Medium fruit-driven flavours of lemon, peach, homey melon notes, creamy texture (lees or wood?). Great length with zesty cutting finish and light-footed yet well structured. Went well with soupe a poisson a la mode Francine.

Rätt sötfruktig, rieslingliknande doft. Päron, tropiskt frukt och citrus. Hög syra och lång eftersmak. Klarar säkert några års lagring. Riktigt gott.

Monthly Tasting Group LTB 2012-03; Northern Spain white wines (By IL) : Grasses, some spiciness, apricots, melon, gooseberry and pineapple in the bouquet. On the palate pineapple, tart lime and grapefruit. A bit sparkling. Firm amount of bitterness in the finish.
