Quite atypical, vin nature style blend of grapes. Would probably have blinded this as cab franc due to brett, licqourice, blue notes but restrained fruit. More sandy tannins however and markedly thick, finely sedimented. A dandy and very enjoyable. Qpr a bit out of balance at 30+ euros though.

Soft and plush with mature fruit notes and light hints of barnyard - some brett for sure. Doesn’t distract too much from the charm and pleasure this delivers. Reminiscent of Ch. Musar in a ripe vintage.

I like brett and barnyard but this smelled more like a disgusting hair ball from the shower drain.

A blend of Shiraz (38%), Cinsault (21%) Grenache (21%) and Mataro (20%). Hint of barnyard at first whiff but it doesn’t distract from the wine. The blend provides soft rounded fruit with relatively low alcohol of 13.4%. Very easy to drink.
