Pop and poured and it's quite good! The color is a very very pretty amber hue. Perhaps citrine. I swear I can smell the acid here, coupled with lemon rind. There's lots of brightness and minerals, and overall smells very pretty. For a Grüner it has lots of viscosity; very thick in texture and I like that quite a bit!
