Nose shows subtle notes of lime leaf, lemongrass, nuts, and flour: nothing dominates. Medium-bodied mouthfeel: watery and crisp, with lots of minerality and effervescent acidity. Mild flavours of soda, coriander, spring onion, and muddled lemon.
