Ca'd Carussin Barbera d'Asti Lia Vi'

Forsmak. Spent på om 2017 Barbera under plastkork er lurt. Syrlig nese med surøl og modning. Overaskende sødmefull smak med modnin som står litt i kontrast til eddiksyre og surøl notene. Forandrer seg positivt etter noen timer i åpen flaske.

Medium to dark cloudy ruby. Opened a little tight with some red currant/cranberry and graphite good acidity and even a little tannins structure. It faired much better with some hard cheeses, especially pecorino romano. It did just fine with salad and beans and rice too. Later we got some prune, but also dark cherry with dark chocolate. Good, but IMO really a simple food wine.
