Windy Oaks Estate Pinot Noir Diane's Block Charmant Mountain Vineyard

Another winery we visited in June. Pretty nose of bright red fruits. Vibrant strawberry fruit, cherries, spice. Started out as a medium weight on the palate, but the fruit rapidly picked up weight. Lively acidity, good balance. Smooth tannins. Finishes with red fruit, pepper, spice, bracing acidity. Very well made and delicious. May get better with 2 years more in bottle and drink well for seven years or so.
