I knew from my experience that this wine ages nicely, and my last tasting was an additional proof. Light to medium lemon-like yellow-green. Green and gassy nose with green pepper, unripe apricot, citrus fruit and spices like cumin. Medium-bodied and crispy with lively fruit and zesty acidity. Very good length. Will improve further and gain in complexity with 2 to 5 years of additional cellaring as I know from older vintages.

Consistent with previous note with the addition of tertiaty beeswax aromas that have started to appear.

Light lemon-green. Intensely herbaceous nose with green peppers, lime, gooseberry and slight hints of minerality. In the mouth it is very refreshing with phenolic dimension (?). Very similar to a New World style Sauvignon Blanc.

Light yellow-green. Clean and expressive nose with herbs, green figs, fresh apricot. Somwhat sauvignon-like. Remarkably reduced oakiness compared to previous vintages. Medium-bodied, refreshing and vibrant, with bright fruit and mouth-watering acidity. Medium+ aftertaste. A very enjoyable wine. Obviously different in style than the previous vintages I have tasted, but this may lead to a reduced aging potential. Previous vintages like 2004 gained in complexity if cellared for 4-6 years. It remains to be seen if this will happen with the …

Honey melon and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Melon and grapefruit flavours on the palate. Crisp, clean and well balanced with, as the name suggests, a tongue-tingling quality. Great value, too.
