Behrens & Hitchcock Cabernet Sauvignon Hamilton Vineyard

This has always been one of my favorite wines from Behrens Family. The 2012 did not disappoint but rather exceeded my high expectations! Dark, broading, but smooth and creamy with lots of fruit, glycerin and hints of mocha. Just delicious now and will certainly improve with aging. It should be better in 5 years!
