Nice little wine with an aromatic and flavor profile of sweet golden raisins and tea, with floral accents. The flavors are quite full and you are getting a nice amount of class for $10.

Straw yellow color. Fresh, bright, and summery white. Citrus, apple, peach, and mineral on the nose and palate. Good acidity and some nice mineral accents. Agree with the sauvignon blanc comparison. Pair with lighter dishes.

A fresh wine with verve, a muted nose of stone fruit, a green apple palate, finishing with a nice kick of acid. Quite serviceable, and worth the price, but nothing special beyond the multitude of other whites that could bear my description.

On day two, yeasty and some bread dough notes, apply with a bunch of lees notes, or apple flesh notes and character. Works it out at $12 or so.

This was fantastic for the price. Very fresh and clean aromas, with a nice soft minerality and mild clean white fruit on the palate. Similar finish. It feels like a Loire white.

Well, it tastes like Sauvignon Blanc. Clean, stainless, but far more minerality. Apperently this stuff used to all sell into Yugoslavia. Its good stuff here. Far more "tannin" than Sauvignon.

With Philip Cambis - Rhone consultant. This is the oldest and largest winery in Macedonia. Rkatsiteli is high acid to begin with. Past, less contact, apple, citrus, fresh with blunted white tree fruit aromas. High acid!!
