This smelt lovely - raspberries, strawberries and something else I can't put my finger on. But it was then disappointing on the palate in comparison - thin and not very flavourful. And finish was short-medium. It was better after an hour but still wasn't as good as the nose

Short Note: strawberries, rasberries, smoky, earthy and toasted oak. On the palate very high acidity, almost a little under ripe, strawberry jam and a touch of vanilla sweetnes. Medium to light bodied with medium long finish. Feels a little light and one dimensional.

Lovely berry/cherry fruits coupled with some root vegetable notes. This is a savoury wine, with underlying fresh earth and lots of mineral. It is vital and detailed, with good cut and excellent balance.
