Nice crisp fruity white were all the different varietals added to the flavors.

Possibly a touch less acid and crispness than the prior bottle. Still with lovely tropical fruit and israeli "minerality".

Another tasty delicious showing. Light gold color. Nice bouquet and flavors of citrus flavors with tropical notes with minerality and saltiness. Good acidity, fresh fruit, Long finish. Drinks well now. Emjoy over the next year or two

46% chardonnay, 30% Chenin blanc, 16% sémillon, and 9% gewürztraminer, sourced from an undisclosed location in Israel, 12.5% AV, and not mevushal. Appearance was a medium straw color with no viscosity. What a nose, medium to high intensity with the characteristics of the Chenin blanc, sémillon, and gewürztraminer all shining through; yellow apple, lychee, quince, peach, rose hips, chamomile, honeysuckle, ginger, beeswax, a hint of saline, and apple pie. The palate leans heavy on the chardonnay profile, but mixes in …

What a beautiful blend. Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Chenin Blanc, Semillon. Each serving to complement each other. Nice spicy citrus fruity honeysuckle bouquet. Medium bodied but fresh, light and crisp with concentrated fruit flavors with minerals, slate and delicious acidity with spice from the gewürztraminer, fatness from the Semillon, roundness, peach, pear, melon from the chardonnay, and crispness and citrus from the chenin blanc. Pale gold color. Nice crisp mineral fruit salt peach pear flint stone bouquet with a hint of lychee/rose petal. Delicious and perfectly balanced on the palate with ripe fruit flavors well balanced with juicy mouth watering fruit and crisp acidity. Nice citrus, slate, mineral, stone, spicy peach pear flavors. Long finish. Delicious. Drinks beautifully now. Enjoy now and maybe over the next couple of years. Best enjoyed in its youth. Good QPR. Shows the quality of Israeli whites

The 2019 is excellent, but this 2020 blows it away. Explosive bouquet of crisp ripe tropical citrus fruit. The gewürztraminer comes across more prominent and the flavors are intense and complex. Great acidity and crispness. Great structure and balance. Great acidity and long finish. Complex. Drinks beautifully. Worth the price tag. Drink now and the next year or so. Delicious now. At peak. Great stuff. A must try
