Ripe red fruit, warm toast, nuts and antiques on the nose. Smooth juicy red fruit impact in the mouth, medium body develops a drying mouthfeel. Cab and Sangiovese battle it out in tannic finish with a touch of smoke. Hint of Northern Italy, Nebbiolo character, present. Great value wine, especially for an easy intro to N.Italian and Neb. grape varietal.
